Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Plushyworlds, we strive to deliver the best quality products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—within fair limits.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Returns (7 Days)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:
    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Product must be unused, with original packaging & tags.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used or damaged items
  • Minor color/design variations

Refunds

  • Processed after quality check
  • Prepaid: Original payment method (7–10 days)
  • COD: UPI / Bank transfer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Important

  • No refunds or cancellations once the order is in transit
  • Returns without approval will not be accepted

Refund, Return, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy

By placing an order on Plushyworlds.com, you agree to the terms set out below, which are legally binding and enforceable.

1. Cancellation

  • Permitted only within 24 hours of order placement or before dispatch
  • Post dispatch, no cancellation rights exist

2. Strict No Cancellation / Refund During Transit

  • Once shipped, the order is deemed fulfilled from our end
  • No refund, cancellation, or dispute will be entertained during transit
  • Refund/exchange requests arise only after delivery

3. Return Eligibility (Limited)

Returns are accepted strictly if:

  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Product is unused and in original packaging

All returns are subject to mandatory quality inspection


4. Absolute Non-Returnable Cases

  • Customized / made-to-order products
  • Used, damaged, or tampered goods
  • Natural variations in handmade products
  • Claims made after 7 days

5. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection approval
  • Shipping, duties, and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Refund timelines:
    • Prepaid: 7–10 business days
    • COD: Bank/UPI transfer

6. International Orders

  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable
  • Refunds only after:
    • Product return, OR
    • Official declaration of “Lost Shipment”

7. Chargeback & Dispute Clause

  • Plushyworlds provides valid shipping proof, tracking details, and delivery confirmation to payment gateways
  • Any chargeback raised:

    • During transit, or
    • Without following this policy

    will be legally contested with documentary evidence

  • Customers agree that:
    • Shipment to the provided address = valid fulfillment of service
    • This policy acts as binding consent in dispute resolution

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability is limited strictly to the order value paid
  • We are not liable for:
    • Courier delays
    • Customs delays
    • Indirect or consequential losses

9. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Nashik, Maharashtra, India
