Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Plushyworlds, we strive to deliver the best quality products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—within fair limits.
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Returns (7 Days)
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Product must be unused, with original packaging & tags.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Used or damaged items
- Minor color/design variations
Refunds
- Processed after quality check
- Prepaid: Original payment method (7–10 days)
- COD: UPI / Bank transfer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Important
- No refunds or cancellations once the order is in transit
- Returns without approval will not be accepted

1. Cancellation
- Permitted only within 24 hours of order placement or before dispatch
- Post dispatch, no cancellation rights exist
2. Strict No Cancellation / Refund During Transit
- Once shipped, the order is deemed fulfilled from our end
- No refund, cancellation, or dispute will be entertained during transit
- Refund/exchange requests arise only after delivery
3. Return Eligibility (Limited)
Returns are accepted strictly if:
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Product is unused and in original packaging
All returns are subject to mandatory quality inspection
4. Absolute Non-Returnable Cases
- Customized / made-to-order products
- Used, damaged, or tampered goods
- Natural variations in handmade products
- Claims made after 7 days
5. Refund Conditions
- Refunds are processed only after inspection approval
- Shipping, duties, and handling charges are non-refundable
- Refund timelines:
- Prepaid: 7–10 business days
- COD: Bank/UPI transfer
6. International Orders
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
- Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable
- Refunds only after:
- Product return, OR
- Official declaration of “Lost Shipment”
7. Chargeback & Dispute Clause
- Plushyworlds provides valid shipping proof, tracking details, and delivery confirmation to payment gateways

- Shipment to the provided address = valid fulfillment of service

8. Limitation of Liability

- Courier delays
- Customs delays
- Indirect or consequential losses
9. Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Nashik, Maharashtra, India
