  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase
Note: Custom-made or specially designed products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Customized or made-to-order rugs and carpets
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized cleaning
  • Minor variations in color, size, or design due to handcrafted nature or screen display differences

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request:

4. Exchange Policy

  • Receive store credit for future purchases

5. Refund Process

After the returned item passes quality inspection:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer
  • International Orders: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or damaged

6. International Orders

  • Return shipping costs apply unless the product is defective
