Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. The product you receive will closely match the images displayed on our website. All our carpets and rugs are photographed to accurately represent their design, color, and texture.
However, since our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, or weave may occur. These natural differences are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and make each piece unique.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After your order is successfully placed, the sales receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address. Since customer login access is not enabled, receipts cannot be viewed on the website.

If you have not received your receipt or need a copy, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and we will be happy to resend it.

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within the specified return period mentioned in our policy, along with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Please note that customized or made-to-order carpets and rugs are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the applicable refund or replacement will be processed as per our return policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, most of our out-of-stock items are restocked periodically. Availability depends on demand, materials, and production timelines, especially for handcrafted and custom-made carpets and rugs.

If an item is currently out of stock, you may contact our customer support team to check expected restock timelines or explore similar alternatives.

Where can I ship my order?

We offer Pan-India delivery as well as international shipping to select overseas locations. Courier charges, packaging costs, and handling fees may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, weight, and destination country.
